During the sourcing process, we can offer additional services working in collaboration with OT- Rehab Ltd that include:

Comprehensive Access Visit with Suppliers & Contractors including:

  • Clinical Justification
  • Recommendations
    • Major adaptations 
    • Minor Adaptations 
  • Approximated costings for adaptations

Adaptations, working with suppliers & contractor 

Once costings have been agreed, as part of the additional service, 

BKA Properties Ltd and OT - Rehab Ltd will work closely with the client, liaise with the supplier and oversee the contractors throughout the adaptation process. 

OT Rehab Ltd can also offer further therapy and individualised packages for the use of the adaptations once installed with the client.
