Katy Roake
Managing Director
Katy Co-founded BKA Properties Ltd in 2025 with her husband Bertie. Katy realised that there is a growing need for therapist support within the property market, supporting professionals and those with disabilities to find suitable long-term accommodation.
Katy's background is in Specialist Neuro OT, with over 15 years of experience working with complex medical and legal cases. One area of her work involves supporting and assessing housing potentials, adaptations, sourcing, and working with contractors.
Katy excels at connecting the dots throughout the property journey, whether sourcing, purchasing, assessing, or signposting adaptations tailored to individuals' unique needs.
Robert Watley
Director
Bertie is the co-founder of BKA Properties Ltd, 2025, alongside his wife Katy. We founded BKA Properties Ltd due to our shared interest in property and investment opportunities.
Throughout Bertie's career, he has worked across various industries, including leisure, hospitality, healthcare, entertainment and property management, in a range of roles. These experiences have enabled him to develop a broad range of skills and knowledge for the property industry.
At BKA Properties Ltd, Bertie excels in providing a comprehensive property journey, utilising the concise knowledge and skills he has developed to deliver a professional and bespoke service to our clients.
